Full refund within 10 business days of the  event for cancellation.  If a refund is requested, please email  with subject "Refund" followed by your name and a refund will be  issued accordingly.

This program will provide continuing education credit for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists with one CE certificate for 6.75 hours per day. Participants are required to attend the entire Symposium to claim CE credit.
